As the Director of Human Resources, Sarah helps attract and retain the most talented and dedicated people possible while making Rubedo a terrific place to work.

Sarah was the Head of Human Resources at Comprehend Systems, Inc., where she was responsible for advising, influencing, and guiding management on HR business strategies, people management, and leadership. Sarah brings more than 13 years of experience to the table, from recruiting and benefits to employee relations and more!

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia and received her HR certificate from UC Santa Cruz.
