Annie is a bioinformatics consultant to biotechnology companies specializing in molecular diagnostics and immunotherapy.  In addition, she has helped with obtaining venture funding and provided advice on product development and corporate strategy.

 

She is interested in accelerating biomedical research toward novel therapeutics by integrating disparate data with emerging technologies.  Annie has made contributions to the fields of human genetics, pharmacogenomics and drug repositioning. She has a PhD in computational genetics from The University of Iowa and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University.
