Amanda has a life-long love for animals and decided to pursue a career in biology while volunteering for a local zoo in high school. She graduated magna cum laude from Cal Poly with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Statistics.
​
She has seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry implementing numerous disease models such as oncology and fibrosis. She has worked for several Bay Area companies including Comparative Biosciences and Aragen Bioscience as a research associate as well as in quality assurance.

Amanda is passionate about advancing human life and health through innovative ideas and hard work and is excited to be part of Rubedo’s team.
